We welcome industry professionals from financial markets to share experiences and success stories about their careers, about what it is like to be a woman in finance and what they notice changing in the overall landscape of the profession.

Partnered with 100 Women in Finance, an organisation dedicated to women in finance, AIR-Q and Cass Trading Society plan to host an interesting conversation about what women in finance experience and how the system may be changing. The forum will include industry professionals and a recruitment officer from a large institution.
