The first of a regular series of monthly webinars hosted by the Real Estate Research Centre and aimed at practitioners, academics and students. In this webinar, Alex Moss the Centre Director, and Kieran Farrelly a partner at Stepstone Global will present their views on using the 4 Quadrant Model (Public/Private/Equity/Debt) for determining allocations to real estate. They will focus on both their academic work in this area as well as practical implementation challenges for investors.
