Everyone is aware of the significant changes occurring in the office market - more people expected to work from home post-Covid, greater flexibility required from tenants, and greater emphasis placed on non-financial factors such as health and well being, sustainability and "ambience". How can a space provider/office landlord respond to these huge and fast moving changes?
