In the aftermath of Yahoo!’s and Tesco Bank big data and cyber security breaches, businesses lose more than financial assets (e.g. reimbursements, fines); businesses are losing their customers’ trust.
Rachel Barton, Accenture’s Managing Director of the Advanced Customer Strategy, will share her insights about how she and her team helped companies to build and monetise on digital trust in a world that’s stopped being loyal. A Q&A session will follow.

Working with the UK’s largest companies, Rachel advises today’s business leaders on how they can truly acquire and retain profitable customers in order to grow market share.  She leads Accenture’s Advanced Customer Strategy business across the UK, Europe and Latin America and is passionate about the customer and its role in shaping today’s business landscape.
