Covid-19: Challenges in Consultancy

Cass Consultancy Society is delighted to host a virtual discussion from Capco consultants, talking about the challenges of, and how they are dealing with, new remote working arrangements, such as completing existing projects or starting new projects.

There will also be discussions around Capco's implementation of 'Ways of Working' to assist employees through these changes, and finally, finding new projects and how students can adapt these lessons to job-hunting in this stressful period. This open discussion will be useful to anyone interested in hearing how the pandemic is affecting consultants today, how this could affect the future of consultancy, and obtain advice on how to manage these changes.
