Every Thursday night starting from 17th January for 10 weeks!

Yoga and meditation have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and signs of anxiety. So in these sessions, you will be lead through a series of dynamic yoga sequences aimed to teach you breath control - the factor now linked to stress management - as well as basic meditation techniques that you can take away and use on your own

Dress code: wear something comfortable that you can move in.
