A unique leadership programme for charity finance professionals. This programme has been developed in partnership with Charity Finance Group and Sayer Vincent.

This course is for people who have responsibility for leading the management of a charity's finances or contribute to strategic development and planning. The course is for those people who wish to improve the effectiveness of their leadership skills and develop their careers to the next stage.

Module 4: Leading Change

The role of Finance Leaders in change is key. This session will focus on the range of possible responses to change and discuss practical tools for building trusting relationships, in order to develop the capacity and capability within the organisation to meet its strategic objectives and purpose.
