This course is for people who have responsibility for leading the management of a charity's finances or contribute to strategic development and planning. The course is for those people who wish to improve the effectiveness of their leadership skills and develop their careers to the next stage.

Module 3: Vision and Strategy

Finance leaders can play a vital role in contributing to the organisation’s vision by creating a sustainable financial framework to deliver the charity’s vision and purpose. We will talk about harnessing the analytical processes often led by the finance function (budgets, performance reporting and impact assessment) to engage colleagues in increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the charity to attain its strategic and operational objectives.
