This course is for people who have responsibility for leading the management of a charity's finances or contribute to strategic development and planning. The course is for those people who wish to improve the effectiveness of their leadership skills and develop their careers to the next stage.

Module 2: Coaching for empowerment

What are the skills you need to develop staff in the finance team to act as agents for powerful, collaborative and innovative change, with the ability to question and consider the shifting environment? We will draw distinctions between coaching, mentoring and introduce a simple and powerful model that will equip you to encourage the empowerment of individuals in your organisation.
