Cognitive Diversity: Learn how E-Colors can improve personal development and organizational performance

How does personality impact decision making? What are my natural tendencies and how does this determine the way I'm perceived at work? How do I get the best out of myself and others?

These questions are answered by CASS Business School alumnus Andrew Jones who will be hosting an E-Colors workshop in The Hub from 6pm-9pm on Tuesday 20th of November, 2018. Entrance is free but advance registration is required. The workshop will be a fun and interactive session using Equilibria's E-Colors' framework to explore personality diversity and organizational performance.
