Is Timing Everything: Today's M&A Market, with a focus on Cross-Border Deals

Professor Scott Moeller is the Founder and Director of the M&A Research Centre at Cass Business School and the former CEO and Director of Executive Education. Currently he also teaches Mergers & Acquisitions in the MBA and MSc programmes and has also taught 'Business Intelligence and Social Networking' in the MBA programme and 'Corporate Finance' in the executive education programmes.

In this exclusive masterclass, you will have opportunity to learn about the current M&A market, research highlights about cutting-edge trends in the M&A market and a chance to ask questions about what is really going on with cross-border deals globally, including China.

Professor Moeller brings 24 years of investment banking and consulting experience (principally at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley before he moved to Cass Business School) and thus some very interesting stories about real deals.
