The Cass XPS Arctic Leadership Challenge

Join the XPS Arctic Leadership Expedition from the 7th to the 12th March 2019, which will take place 150 km north of the Arctic Circle as a way to test teamwork, resilience and leadership in a challenging environment. More information about the itinerary, costs, equipment can be found in the attachments enclosed.

The itinerary is broadly:
Day 1: Flights to Kittila (Northern Finland) Arrive late evening / Leadership Brief
Day 2: Orientation / Safety Briefing / Cold Weather Briefing / Outdoor sessions / Leadership Reflection
Day 3: Prep for overnight on ice / Depart for overnight expedition / Prepare Camp / Pitch tents / Cook together / Dinner / Leadership Reflection
Day 4: Break camp / Leave no trace / Snow shoe return to lodge / Debrief
Day 5: CSR Day in National Park / Debrief .
Day 6: Depart for UK.
