Underwriting Session: Understanding the work of an Underwriter better

The event will provide students with a personal experience with insurance underwriters, giving them a better understanding of an underwriter´s work, particularly in two lines of insurance business.
 
The first speaker, Mr. Palmer, has more than 20 years experience as an Underwriter and enjoys a wide recognized reputation in the reinsurance market. His area of expertise is mainly related to Property Insurance and he is currently a Senior Underwriter Specialist at RSA. 
 
The second speaker, Mr. Sheen, has experience in Cyber underwriting not only related to the underwriting process per se but also to the development and evolution of the product within the last few years. As Head of Cyber Innovation at Novae he is both responsible for the development of the business portfolio as well as technical issues during the underwriting process.
