Calling everyone interested in improving their performance in Creative Leadership.
 

As we keep hearing, the world is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous – maybe even more so to the uninformed observer. We need leaders who can understand this and so develop, harness and unleash creativity and innovation to enable the thinkers, doers and makers in their organisations to flourish and set the stage for innovation.
 

This masterclass will:
 

1. Lay the ground work for understanding what it takes to develop and maintain high performance Creative Leadership
2. Examine the key factors that will influence your performance
3. Examine a model for high performance Creative Leadership that we will use to organise information
4. Explore why Creative Leadership is such a challenge
5. Outline some steps for strengthening Creative Leadership capabilities

The Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice @ Cass
 

The Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice is a unique collaboration between leading researchers and academics, combining research and education from business, design, arts, social science, computer science, health, law, engineering and more.
 

The world is increasingly complex, unstructured and dynamic, even chaotic to the uninformed observer. New forms of interdisciplinary leadership are needed to provide new forms of structure that make sense of the chaos. The Centre’s mission is to provide research and education about these new forms of leadership. This research and enterprise will build a new cadre of creative leaders. The new cadre will be delivered with the new interdisciplinary frameworks, knowledge, techniques and skills to investigate, generate, envision, prototype, critique and reflect on creative solutions to these complex, ill-structured and chaotic problems, and provide new forms of intellectual resilience.
