It is our pleasure to announce that Mr. Muhtar Kent (Cass MBA 1976), Chairman and former CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, will visit Cass Business School on Friday 22nd September for an exclusive Masterclass on the role of diversity in  the workplace.  As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Kent has made diversity and gender equality within the workforce a priority. He founded Coca-Cola’s Global Women’s Initiative, designed to empower and promote women leaders within the Company as well as enable independent women entrepreneurs working with the Company.

Since 2010, Coca-Cola has helped train more than 1.7 million women entrepreneurs across 64 countries through its 5by20 initiative. His leadership and commitment to advancing women has not only made a direct impact, but he has inspired others to follow as well. The Coca-Cola Foundation is currently funding four MBA scholarships at Cass Business School as part of the Global Women’s Leadership programme – an innovative initiative designed to attract and nurture rising women leaders.

This exclusive Masterclass is open to Cass students, alumni and friends, and will be followed by a Q&A session with Mr. Kent.
